Lodging
The Village has seven comfy non-smoking guest rooms. We have two types of rooms—“bunk” rooms which have four single beds, and “queen” rooms which each have a single queen bed. All rooms have memory foam mattresses, air conditioning, a microwave and a refrigerator. And, to answer a question we get surprisingly often—yes, they each have a private full bath. The maximum occupancy for bunk rooms is four people; for the queen rooms, it is two people.
Available only to Village guests is the Clubhouse—a beautiful facility that includes a common area, showers, bathrooms and coin-operated laundry machines. Outside the Clubhouse is a gas grill available for guest use.
Your well-behaved pets are welcome (up to two per room). There is a $20 per pet/per stay charge. We ask that you please keep them off the beds and be responsible about picking up their waste and disposing of it properly.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. A full refund will be issued for reservations cancelled 14 or more days before scheduled arrival date. The booking deposit is forfeited if the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled arrival. An exception to the standard deposit policy is October reservations which are paid in full on September 1 and must be cancelled at least 30 days before scheduled arrival to receive a refund.
